Sabriel Cosplay Day

Here's the rest of my Sabriel cosplay test day.

This is the costume I will be wearing to the TN Ren Fair this weekend. If you happen to be there, be on the lookout for the Abhorsen. My goal is for at least one person to recognize me!

The surcoat is bottom weighted broadcloth stamped with silver fabric paint keys. The bandolier and sword sheath are made from real leather. The bells are a mixture of metal and ceramic. The sword is wooden (made partially from a yard stick!). I made a lot of this costume from things around the house and from local yard sales. It proves you can do a lot with a little if you put your mind to it.
